I purchased this engine used and it came without instructions. The pump had been by-passed upon receipt, and no matter what I try, I cannot get the engine to run properly. I attempted to D/L your Surpass III instruction manual, but the pages that show the pump hook-up are messed up (according to Adobe).
Any help that you can provide will be GREATLY appreciated.

The O.S. Max FS-120 Surpass II w/pump has three nipples on the pump unit. "In" takes fuel from the fuel pickup in the tank. "Out" goes to the carburetor fuel inlet. "R" is the return line to the fuel tank. Your fuel tank will also need a vent line. The vent line should run from inside top forward and exit through the bottom of the fuselage. The "R" line should dump to the forward bottom of hte tank.
