Bill, I was reading in Tower Hobbies about the 1.60 Fx, I want to put that engine in a plane for 3D flying, but want to install a pump.
In Tower they say that engines with an air bleed carburator can´t use a perry pump. Does the 1.60FX have an air bleed carburator? and if so, what pump can be used with it?
The information about the air bleed type carburator I found was in the description of the Perry pump they carry.
Thanks
Steven

The O.S. Max 1.60 FX does not have an air-bleed type of carburetor. It has one with full high-speed and idle mixture adjustments.
As far as a pump is concerned, we'd have no specific recommendations. There are several different pump and pressure/regulator systems on the market that all work well with a wide variety of engines. A search through the RCU glow engines forum would give you a better idea than we can, here.
