Default OS Parts source?

I need some parts for my OS 120 surpass. Checked Tower and they did have them listed. Where do I go now?

Tx, Bill

If the part is for a current-production engine, Tower should have the part. If the part's not available from O.S., then nobody would have it.

What specific part are you looking for?

The concentric (sp?) idle adjustment screw and a rear crankcase gasket.

Thanks, Bill

Which particular carburetor do you have? It's stamped on the carb body. That will make a difference. It sounds like you need the eccentric screw that goes into the steel yoke on the side of the carb.

You need to get the full gasket set for your engine to get the rear cover gasket. For all FS-120 Surpass, except the Surpass III, you need:

OSMG6197 45514010 GASKET SET 120SUR $5.49
OSMG6730 27881330 MIX CTRL SCREW 120SUR $3.09

These parts can be ordered through any hobby retailer who sells O.S. Max engines and accessories.

ahoud:

Parts for the O.S. FS-61 (4-stroke) have been long discontinued by O.S. They no longer provide support for it, and we'd not have any parts.

Alan,

I think the OS FR5-300 Sirrius radial engine uses the same cylinder heads as the OS FS-61, and this engine is still in production.

Brian Irwin
