Default O.S. 50 SX carb

I just got a new 50SX from Tower Hobbies and in the box was a notice that stated, " This engine has its carburettor lightly fitted into its intake boss, as delivered. Secure it referring to the engine's instructions."
The screw that holds the carb retainer seems very tight already and there is no reference to this procedure in the Owner's Instruction Manual.
What's up?!!!

Some of the carbs were found to be a bit loose, so the note was added by the seller.

I got the same notice.

My carb was tight as well and needed no tightening.

My carb was completely LOOSE when I received the engine from Cyberheli. It just would fall off. Probably they don't attach it in factory but some retailers check and fasten it before selling?
