OS .21 vpec question
I just purchased on OS vspec EB MODS from Tower, it is my first vspec I have owna few OS 18 tms, picco .26 max, and a ninja, the question I have is the LSN needle in the carb does retract when I open the carb? I have never seen this before is this normal?
also the engine came set up for 30% nitro I removed one shim to run 20% is this right? and will it perform ok with 20%
