Default os 91 fs surpass pumped

have a91 surpass pumped if i close the the needle all the way the engine keeps running i tryed adjusting the regulator but i am not sure of the right way of doing this what is the right way of adjusting the regulator and the carb in unison?

There is no adjustment for the regulator on the O.S. FS-91 Surpass II with pump. You just adjust the high-speed needle as necessary. If the engine will still run when the needle is fully-closed, then your carburetor body has a damaged needle seat, and will need to be replaced. You should also replace the needle at the same time.

Hi bill can you give me a ballpark figure on a new needle and seat also ware i can get them. now on the regulator once i change the needle and seat i'll have to reajust it right ? is there a setting for that or do you play it by ear i don't have a manual for this as i bought it used new the reason i am asking is i have tryed adjusting the regulator so its got to be out of adjustment i would think. Any help you can give me would be most helpfull as this is first pumped four stroker i have had. thanks john
