I have recently replaced the p/s in the motor. I now have around 1/2 gallon through it on the top end it is just crazy fast but is extremely sluggesh on the bottom end. When I get it close to having power all through the from bottom to top I checked the temp and it was around 360. I know you say not to really worrie about temps but this is close to melt down. The motor does idel very well and now has strong bottom and top end just a little stuck do i need to adjust the third needle? thanx for your help bax

The third needle is to help midrange, so adjust it as needed to help it there.
If your engine will idle well, accelerate to top-end, and hold a top-end setting without sagging, then the engine's set correctly. How it runs is the key. If you're concerned about heat, then add some more oil to the fuel, castor oil is preferred, but this will make the engine more sluggish when you pop the throttle coming out of turns and off a jump.
