Just wondering were I can get a 7D carb. I searched one the net but could not find any. towerhobbies only sells the parts not the complete carb.

The entire carburetor has been discontinued. You still see parts available because they have not yet sold out. When they're gone, they're gone. You will have to do a search/inquiry in the RCU Marketplace or other "swap-shop" or auction sites to try to locate an entire carburetor.
