You have a very old O.S. Max .20 engine. We'd not know where you may be able to get a muffler for it. The best place would be an online search through the auction sites.

Hi
I've recently bought an OS .21 V spec pro mod engine, does it really matter what tuned exhaust you fit to the engine ?

Yes. The tuned exhaust system must be designed for a .21-size engine and be intended to be used in your type of R/C car. It also must fit into the car. Tuned systems are usually RPM specific for the top RPM, so you need to use the type for your car. An on-road oval-racing car that runs mostly at full throttle will use a different pipe than will an off-road car that's on and off the throttle a lot.

Thanks a million Bax.
I'll use a JP exhaust at the moment & I'll & get the original OS exhaust at a later stage. i need to get it from the US , we don't stock that exhaust in South Africa. My credit card is a bit maxed out the moment [:@] .
