this was taken last summer after the Celina rc boat race, while drivin' around checkin the place and the grand lake, i passed this condo and i fell inlove [sm=wink_smile.gif]with the place..i just can't believe in the middle of cornfield there's something like this...overlookin' is the St. mary's/ Celina Grand Lake where the big boats like hydro raced...

I spent all my summers on a lake in NH when I was growing up. I would love to live on one again. Looks nice. You planning on moving there?

I have a place like that.
The condo corp does everything other then make you bed and meals. its great.
although i think our place looks a bit better then that.

Looks a nice place to be though I am sure noise restrictions are pretty rigid. There are often so many rules associated with living in a neighbourhood like that one would feel a little stiffeled.

I would last a week maybe less in a place like that ! I am sure I would be thrown out for disturbing the peace with my boats everyday!! HA
