The part you asked about wedges into the nacelle(engine mount)of your cars engine support on the inside. It keeps the engine support trapped in the body mount by pressing on the ears of the mount between the tangs and snapping into place. Some one removed the engine nacelle at some point in time and failed to re-install the wedge. [email protected]
