FUNNY ebay story...
So, I had a HPI TT for sale @ auction on eBay that wasn't set to end for 5 days. In the meantime, someone local made me an offer that I accepted on the TT so I canceled the auction.
This is a response I got from a bidder-
This was my reply
This is a response I got from a bidder-
why did you end the auction i really wanted it ebay should crack down on stuff that this because i had a bid can should not end the auction if someone has a bid thats wrong i think iam going to talk to ebay about this
So let me get this straight. You want eBay to crack down on property owners exercising their right to their own personal property? You don't think that I should have the right to remove my personal property from an eBay listing of my free will provided I operate within the rules set forward by eBay? If I am the seller, it is my property and I can do with it what I damn well choose including ending an auction early without providing notice or reason to anyone at anytime- it's mine; I own it.
That is the great part about being a free person with my own property. If you want someone to crack down on the property rights of others, you should probably move to China.
Good luck with eBay. Let me know how that works out for you.

RE: FUNNY ebay story...
Same thing happened to me so i cancelled my account.[:@]
People getting mad and leaving you nasty e-mails for ending the auction.
Actually that and I got tired of getting hit by a deadbeat bidder. Ebay seller fees add up,
and re-listing the item costs money. If you add pictures it costs even more money.
Personally I think it's all rediculous, .50 cents to add a picture, 1 friggin picture...
It's probably alot more than that now with the economy being like it is.
You could have the greatest ad availible and still not sell your item(s).[:@]

eBay and I are on the outs right now. People are asking unreasonable amounts of money for used stuff and I have sold a number of things below market value. Maybe when the economy improves...

Man that's pathetic... I mean its your thing, you can decide to yank the add at any time for any reason. Its not like you sold it to the guy down here and the guy there had won it . I think people are looking for any way to a fast buck any more and its pretty disgusting [>:]

yeah most people on ebay are retarded , i mostly buy things on ebay and i dont stuff around when it comes time to pay , i pay imediatley after i decide to buy . selling things on ebay is the biggest headache of all dealing with stupid buyers questions and demands lol and when they dont pay up you have to deal with that aswell . i sold a hpi savage x 4.6 on ebay and was selling it for $400 brand new used only once , i get retards ringing me up asking if i would sell it less i agreed to sell it to a guy for $350 and i said yeah sure but you have to go back on ebay and do the purchase online so it looks like i sold it and when we meet up you give me $350 , well the guy didnt do what i asked and wasted my time with that phone call . i ended up droping 50 off the price from the listing and sold it to some other guy . I just hate friggen time wasters .

RE: FUNNY ebay story...
People need to treat ebay like just another online store.
My ebay philosophy is simple:
If I think it cost too much, I don't bid.
If I think that the shipping prices are insane, I don't bid,
If I ask the seller a question and they don't reply, I don't bid.
