I wanted to wait to see if someone a little more important than me would post this, but I haven't seen anything. The RC community lost a HUGE influence. Mike Reedy passed away after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. [link=http://www.teamassociated.com/news/announcements/564-Mike_Reedy%2C_1941_-_2011]Here's the article from his family[/link]

My guess is people use his products but don't know any one behind it. Like if the ceo of traxxas died how many people would really know who he was?
Now mention a guy like Chris Chianelli R.I.P, he was a big name in rc because he was more well known for his rc tv show on diy, from articles in the back of rc car action, to the various other things he did for this hobby.

Old news but i was surprised to find out that Ron Paris was dead last time I was looking up some tuning info for someone.
Didnt know about Picco, I hope they keep up with quality engines.
