Please let us know what we can improve in our customer service. I know we have issues with racism right now, but we are trying to work that out.

racism is never good.....should be sorted out first IMO.

As mentioned earlier, it is currently being worked on. There is nothing else we can at this point.

that's all you had to say, i know that racist shop. buncha bums working in there and the place is a dump. i cannot believe you work there.
i won't even let my sales people or drivers stop there.

Sometimes holding a customer appreciation day with free hotdogs and vodka is a good idea to boost morale.

Good idea, but as of 3 weeks ago we no longer allow alcohol during work hours.

the shop is nice but people kept staring at me. i think the guy pulling the engine out of the civic flipped me the bird. the gal making sandwiches was pretty cute though.

thetramp with the sandwich cart is pretty hot, but she's been with 1/2 the shop and those guys are scary. herpes anyone?
