How do ya'all like your eggs?
I like mine scrambled with bacon bits, salt, and some fresh ground pepper. Oh, and a liberal amount of the pride of Louisiana...Tabasco Sauce! I'm enjoying some right now and they're delicious.

Nice! Tabasco is an essential ingredient. A few buddies and I went out to Avery Island on a 4 day pass once, they really do take care making that stuff.

Scrambled with a bit of milk. Then I cook the eggs a lot till they are close to dry. Then put some salt, pepper, and a hint of Tabasco on it. So goooooood. Also good with some toast and bacon.

Seriously though.....fried over medium but still runny, medium poached, medium boiled, omlette, one of my favorite ways though is to gently fry them in cookie cutter rings and make my own egg mc muffin.
Condiments are too many to mention. [&:]

Marmite! Ack! haha, interestingly enough one of my best friends in the Army swears by the stuff...but he's Filipino and calls Oregon home, though he currently resides in Afghanistan.

Depends on what ingredients I have at hand or if I'm at a restaurant. At the very least I have to have Tabasco or similar on them. At best I like them loaded with things like peppers, bacon, etc. But if I make them at home I usually just do salt, pepper, and lots of cheddar cheese. And hot sauce.

Marmite is godly. I've even converted haters by making them try it with cheese. A nice english cheddar is best of course.

I am so pleased to find so many other Tabasco lovers! I wouldn't say I'm a hater, but the stuff (vegemite/marmite) does look kind of gross. I would certainly try it but I'm not going to go out of my way to.

i like my eggs sunny side up with hot sauce, salt, and pepper. then i like to dip some toast in them to get the runny parts to stick to the toast. add a side of scrapple and you have some good eating

Almost the same, sunny side up, salt and pepper w/toast. But, i also like my cholesterol on the light side, so i eat a lot of fake eggs (the ones that come in a carton) scrambled.

sunny side up..... i fry em up, eat all the white first, and eat the edges of toast with jelly..., then put the yolk on the remaining crust free piece of toast and stuff it in my mouth.... it sounds gross but tastes good. its something i only do at home, it wouldn't look appropriate doing it in a restaurant
