You need to make a formal app, and it helps to have the backing of a current mod. Other things that work in your favor are of course good communication skills, good written language, patience, maturity and thicker skin than a 20 ton rhino. PM me if you are seriously thinking about it, though I wouldn't expect anything to happen in the near future. The wheels grind slowly at the moment, the management have bigger fish to fry right now.

After all, she uses W.C. Fields quotes in her sig. She can't be all that bad, right?
Plus, when she was a mod before, I don't have memories of screaming in terror when she logged on, so she was probably pretty fair.
