Check this site out, quarter scale v8, and even a V10. Now, if I just had $14,000.00 laying around to spend on the Shelby Cobra!!

just throw an electric motor in a model engine casing, not as realistic but you gotta love details for that kind of money on an engine that costs more than the one in your car, hell more than your car itself

Conley makes several engines, a small-block Chevy, Big-block Chevy, the Viper and an Olds Indy engine. The Olds you have to see! Double overhead cam with a lot of chains to drive it. The small-block Chevy is a copy right down to the Corvette grind cam. I've seen these at the Toledo show. It's easy to find their booth as it's the one with a crowd always around it. Options include a blower that puts out 12 pounds of boost.
A couple of his cars were featured on Home Improvement in a Tool Time segment.

I think it was only the viper engine that was $250,000. They lost most of the molds in a fire or something so the one viper engine they have will sell for 250,000

The small-block Chevy goes for around $3,500.00 . When he first started making them, there was a lot of work by the buyer that had to be finished meaning that you'd better own some serious machining equipment. Yes, you could own a real engine for that price tag.

Is that thing idling at 500 RPM? When they zoom in at the tach, the guy won't let off long enough to see. Sure sounds like it is. Now that's scale.[8D]
