RE: aim
i have in the mid 200's... sad thing is, i talk to like 15 of them, lol. its mainly like when friends get new SN's and you forget to take their old ones off and that kinda stuff.

That's one thing nice about ICQ, you only are issued a number so no screen names. You can also reject any person with the choice of telling them why not or just place them on your ignore list. The downside was getting hit with salespeople and "lonely" women. Sorry, girls, I'm married with a paranoid wife. I'm no prize but she still has a jealous streak. OK, I'm not that ugly either.
AIM was like that for a while but at least you could report them to AOL unless they aren't a member, then they don't do anything. I used to get a lot of AIM messages with links to "Adult" sites, the same ugly girl all the time (yes, I looked!).

RE: aim
wow are you kidding me? i hate it when people compete for "friends" when most of them you don't even know. it just bothers me to see people saying "i have more people on my buddy list than you"....its like competing on who has the best farts, no matter what happens it never stops!
