This ticked me off...
About two months ago I bought some prepaid dail up internet service from tollfreeISP so I could hook up to the net when we go visit my dads grandma in Austin. Basically how this worked is you bought "minutes" and could get online through them for however many minutes you bought, once you used up your minutes you could either buy more or just close out your account.
Anyways, I prepaid for something like 1200 minutes and have only used maybe an hours worth of them, today I get an email from the company basically saying they are filing bankruptcy on the 29th and if you had unused minutes you were out of luck.
The email was quite long so I'll just post the part that ticked me off.
What a load of crap [:'(]
Luckily I had only bought like 10 bucks worth of minutes, it still ticks me off though since I barely used any of what I paid for.

There are no funds available for refunds and none will be given. Our secured debt exceeds $2 million and our customer accounts are considered unsecured creditors. You may receive additional information about our bankruptcy filing in the future.

ouch. I looked to put my savings in Orange Banking but then I saw that in the fine print it said that there was no federal refunds or something which my mom explained to me and which meant that if Orange goes out of business then your money is gone
