A sony offical bought a xbox 360 for $3000, I guess he wanted to find what was so special about it, although ps3 WILL be better, more experience with game consoles although the ps3 will be more expensive.

I miss my old genesis! Mom threw it in the garage sale, back when I lived in Kansas.NO!! I still have my N64 though, better memories with that.

N64 is too high-tech lol, dont forget the old black and white gameboy. Goldeneye on N64 was a classic.

Haven't posted here in awhile, but I don't understand why you guys constantly keep criticizing the 360. I have one and have had every other system so I've been with them for every, I mean the thread's name is Official XBOX360 Thread not who wants to criticize the XBOX360. I know that a PC is better than systems out and I have one that is very capable of running better than the systems. But, I must agrree that the 360 is good and I find it funny how everyone has high for the PS3 when little is known about it,

Exactly! Glad SOMEONE agrees! I think a big part of it is the fact that people are pissed that microsoft didn't manufacture enough to go around, so they are all "Screw the 360! Even know I kno NOTHING about the PS3, I'm going to be a fanboy and diss the 360 whenever the opportunity arises!" It really is sad. And for anyone that wants to say "well i have a PC thats just as good, probably better than a 360", well yeah, that could be true, but what did you spend to reach that point?

um actually less than $1300 on my gaming PC with the 70" and 5.1 surround included! IN YO FACE! lol. Anyway it has 1 gb of memory, 160 gb harddrive, an upgraded graphics card, best sound card on the dell upgrade list, dell 5650 5.1 surround sound speakers, usb 2.0, dvd burner, 48x secondary cd drive, and the projection 70" for $1300! Well the screen is... the place where my dad works gave it to him a few years ago to bring to conference halls back when projectors were expensive and almost all conference rooms didn't have projectors. So now that almost all conference rooms have projectors he doesn't need to bring his anymore so he can keep it at home to my benefit! . And yeah its old but it can still put out 1024x768 without studering. The computer cost $1200 and the screen cost about $100 and we made the ceiling mount out of wood. And of course a computer can be used to do other stuff too and is not a $400+whatever a second controller costs+cost of games gaming only machine.
