I watched a few of the shows last year.. Not a job that I would want to do. From what I've heard it's great pay, but the hazards they can have...

i watched about 3 of them, but i still dont think the pay outweighs the danger. especially if you have a family at home. and what if there wasnt a good catch that year? oh well, its a way to make a living.

The second season is going now. Lets just say I'd take the role of the captain then deckhand any day lol. Just the fact that there is so many ways to die instantly on one of those boats would be kind of a weird feeling.

Well most people that work those jobs live in those rinky dink towns and dont have an education, and it's the only thing available to them that pays very well.. if you survive and get a good catch that is. Sell 'em to resturants for big $. (Two of my uncles are king crab fishermen).

Discovery channel's the best....rockets, punkin' chunkin', mythbusters, dirty jobs, monster garage, what else could you ask for???Besides rc's that is lol

I love DEADLIEST CATCH!!!! makes tuesdays alot more exciting! Discovery channel is the only channel where nothing crappy is ever on.

man, i thought the discovery channel wasnt that popular. i love that channel. i watched a bunch of last seasons episodes, but i sort of started whatching other shows. its a good one, ill have to look for it again.

i thought that only my friends an i watched that channel i mean i never hear anyone talking about it i only hear about m-tv and vh1. does anyone watch the military channel because that is just as dangerous i mean i want to join the Marines !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (usmc uncle sams misguided children)
