Ive been photo-shopping for a while so Im pretty good, I just had to do my own thing on the colors and stuff as I didnt know what you wanted, I kept the colors to blue/green as your name is "boat racer". Feel free to use it as your avatar.

What kind of avatar are you looking for? Give us some more info and maybe somone can make you something.
I have photshop CS but lots of times I just use this other crappy program I have (arcsoft photstudio) because all the basic stuff is easier to do in it.

Not with the picture you posted. Due to it's length it won't turn out right. The avatar sizes for RCU is very small, so to make it fit you could never see the details, let alone read it.
