Hey TEX, I know you weren't asking me but, we went to a field in Newtown today. First time I ever when to this Newtown field. It was actually pretty nice.

I finished my gasser Sukhoi and now are beginning working on the Typhoon. I will post pics of the Typhoon for you as I get farther along.
Cool, how did the Sukhoi fly? That Typhoon is going to be awesome.I have a summer 2007 copy of R/C Helicopter, saw your dad in the first few pages flying a Sceadu or Kinetic with training gear. I'm going to use one of the reviews as a guid and get mine out to you within the next few days.

Thats good to know. I would be trying to test the servo on all my radios and recivers to make it work. So any signs to watch to let you know if a servo is going bad?

Sounds good, the field actually wasn't big enough for the Sukhoi I still have to break in the engine, although gas is easier than nitro. We flew some pattern nitro plane. Yeah take your time no rush on getting it back to us. We were going to send one up to you but since you got it already that's good. Were you able to stop by the model airplane news booth. My father didn't cover it, his boss and another editor did.

Yes I did, that is where I got the copy. The guy that gave me the magazine asked how I heard about the show and I said, "Klaus Ronge told me!"....LOL, just kidding. I thought about saying something, but I decided not to. I just said I read about it in an AMA magazine.

Hey, did you fly the Mitchell yet?

That's the standard setup, just replaced the friction shock w/ oil shock...

I think the RS4 shock fits pretty well!

Well the Baja 5B SS is now listed fully on Tower's site, listed at 920 bucks. I figure I wait till I can get a 90 dollar coupon, and score it for 830. It comes with everything but a Tx and Rx. I would wish it came w/ no electronics so it' be somewhat cheaper.

Anybody see the TLT-1 Rockbuster ad on Tamiya USA's website? Says they are selling it again for limited time directly from them, it's listed at 80 bucks. I'll probably pick one up from them as I'll order some parts....
http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=47201

LB & TEX, the cantilevers are listed on TamUSA for 51 bucks a pair, and are in stock? Looks like they are selling a sticker kit now! I think it's funny that the aluminum battery strap/heatsink costs less than a pair of cantilevers...
