yeah i think i'm back for good, think i will stick with the 5 RC's i have though.. no need to build anymore.. i see Carson have released another 1/14 trailer, very smart, but still very pricey..
would the TA-02 make a good rally car?

hell yeah, the only limiting factor is the 250mm wheelbase, only 3 bodies available and none are typical rally cars, more like racing trucks.

Pretty cool.. photography class! Yeah, what camera will you be using?!
I will need a 35-mm with fully adjustable apertures and shutter speeds. I was looking at the cannon Rebel G but i have not done much more then just look at that camera. I dont really want to spend more then 100 on ebay for it but might go over a little. So anyone have some suggestions on which cameras to look into?

Might be hard to get a SLR for less than $100!

Maybe get a old school Nikon.. no autofocus, etc. Those are tanks!! My dad has a Nikon FM and a FA.. they are tough and old school!! They are not cheap, though..

I used a Pentax K1000, worked great, tip though, with the older cammeras, always OVEREXPOSE the image, had a ton of great pics but couldn't make great pics out of them since they were under exposed[:@], at least 2 stops up, it is easier to compensate for an overexosed image, than an under exposed (to an extent), try huntin ebay, one of the cammeras we used lived in SF for a LONG TIME, (not great for cammeras, salt air, neglect.....) so, yeah, also, with older cammeras (for the most part) they will NOT have an auto advance thingie, with the newer ones they do, so, your pic

well i signed up for a class today in school to learn a lost art! Photography with a 35mm camera. I will learn how to take good pics and develope film in a dark room. Maybe i can use RC cars flying thruogh the air and the pictures i take for a class project? Well anyways i wont be talking the class till feb but when i do look forward to me scanning and posting alot of pics lol.
Hehe, the real lost art is soldering; most people don't know what it is or how to do it, and if they do it's just wires.

Not many people can solder a whole brass kit for a model or model railroad together anymore. I've done some signal structures in brass before; it's time consuming but fun.
