yeah driving seems fun at the moment but one you get your license and have been driving for a while its actually pretty boaring and then you have to pay for insurance and the gas and the maintenance

unless your parents are gonna do all that for you

but yeah my point is that drivers ed is gonna suck and be boaring and once you can actually drive its nothing special

I'm in the same boat. All I've ever wanted to do is drive. From the time I'm 21 till retirment, I want to drive for a living.

I have to say that statement about driving becoming boring very soon can be true if you cover the same territory all the time. For me, however, the prospect of driving all over the country is pretty exciting.

Hey, So Cal, our trucks are similar. I have a '94 Chevy K1500 Silverado extended cab, short bed. 6.5 liter turbo diesel engine. Methinks as soon as this engine finally needs a rebuild, I may plop a 300 horse monster in there, or I may just go with my original plan of 200 horses, still better than stock. I just don't want to change out the throttle and computer to allow for the DB-2 pump.
