Dude, I'm the guy that told Blue Ice that if John said he would call, he would call. I'm beginning to wonder though. This hole thing about them not returning emails or posts is getting a little crazy.

They may have a great product, but what good is a great product without great service. I know Mike is on vacation this week. Is he the only one around there that can help someone.

I have a similar problem with ultra rc I ordred the giles on june 7 my card was charged on june 8 the only thing I got was thank you for your order. http://www.ultrarc.com/giles/index.htm look at there site Currently out of stock. Shipping approx 5/05.
Backorder now and you won't be billed till we ship. I called twice emailed 4 time because email is usually better and have heard nothing. the ony reply I got was from Ohio Model products saying they should be shipping the first week of july Do you guys think I am overeacting

I got my Yak 2 weeks ago, Was damaged and the Right Wing won't fit to Fuse. Called and left messages. Oh they will Call you back by the end of the weekend. Just didn't say what weekend He would be calling

Hey Dude, I called the number that STLPilot posted this evening and got a hold of John Drake. He said he had been real busy. He told me that he had shipped me another plane out yesterday. I would try calling agian.

Got my new plane yesterday. This one is perfect. Going to start it tonight. Thanks John,Dion, and Mike for all that you have done. You have restored my hope in you all. Can't what for the fusion.

I apologize to all for us missing some calls and emails. It's true we are a small company and have been really busy with all the recent work and keeping up with orders. John and his family went on vacation for a whole week so the Dayton number was shut down. We had a banner on the website but most probably don't look there. Then I went on vacation (well not really a vacation) for a week also! No excuses but we'll try to keep up better. Now who else have we missed?
