Default Whats Up???????

Well the as the tittle says, whats up???

I ordered a fusion .46 kit over 2 weeks ago and have had the money deducted from my account two days after that, Yet i have not recieved any replies to the e-mail i sent asking and have not recieved anything telling me wether its shipped or the kits status.

This is my first order with OMP and so far i'm not impressed but i'm sure the product quality will make up for it. Where is the service????

hope i can get an answer soon,

Chris B.

Chris, the 52" Fusions shipped early last week as all the advertisements have stated. Since you live in Australia it will take a few more days than say shipping to the states. Our service is fine but you need to be a little patient with the shipping from the US to Australia. If you don't recieve the kit by this week then please let us know either through the OMP email or here if you choose and we will certainly try to track it down.

well it turned up about 5 minutes after that post and I have to say i'm impressed!!!!!! nothing brocken! And the fit of all the pieces, well theres almost no word to describe it, its that good!!!!!!!!!!!!![sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif]

First build question though, with the wing tube, i'm assuming it just goes through the ply wood sides? by that i mean theres no phenolic or cardbord tubes that go through first????? is this correct???? I haven't had much time to go over the instructions yet but definately will before i start the build (about a week or two away because of other projects).

keep an eye out for the build thread[8D]

Huh? no tube on the Hybrid? That is not correct, the Hybrid certainly has a wing tube sleeve for the wings and the fuse. Now on the Fusion, there is no sleeve that goes in the fuselage. the ply fuse sides have the hole precisely cut via the laser and alignment is perfect! Looking forward to your build thread Chris!

John, who did you email? I just looked and see no emails from you in the omp email account. Be sure to use "[email protected]". Also how did you order this product? I can't find an order via paypal with John Hicks associated with it.

John, please release the CAPS LOCK on your keyboard and it might be easier to read your message. If you emailed three times last night, please accept my apology for sleeping and not answering your emails.

I have checked both the regular omp email "omp@ohiomodelplanes" and my email at "[email protected]" and I have NO emails from you. NONE! So I have no explanation other than perhaps your emails are simply not being delivered through your server to these addresses. Please try one more time to send an email to "[email protected]". I will check again this afternoon. If this still does not work please try the PM function here on RCU. Just click the "PM" icon at the bottom of this thread to send me a message.
