Default OMP ISSUE

First off I would like to say my new Katana V2 is awsome. It was better than expected very nice packageing and very good quality no wrinkles what so ever.

But I will never and I mean never buy anything from OMP again.

I ordered a yellow version and was sent a white. I clicked on the yellow version link while I was talking to Vicky on the phone who I also told I wanted a yellow. I sent the following email to OMP:


I ordered a V2 46 a couple of days ago. I asked for a yellow one. You sent me a white one. I do not want to bother sending it back as I want to fly this weekend. With the holiday and everything I would have to wait to long. I would hope you could compensate me somehow for the mix up. My phone is -----------.

I clicked on the yellow on your web site and also told the lady who answered the phone I wanted yellow she said she had one in stock. I clicked the right link on your website for a yellow plane and it took me to paypal and I paid. You do not have to be so short. "You got what was ordered". What kind of answer is that. I think that is terrible . Do think your link on the website may have messed up? Ask the lady who answered the phone what color I wanted.

Again no issue with plane it is very nice and of wonderful quality but I do have an issue with John being rude short an simple.

Sorry to hear about the mix up, We have double checked the links on the web site to be sure there is not a problem. I have attached a copy of the paypal order that came thru, it did come thru as a white Katana. We did ship you a white Kat as that was what the order said. I understand that you spoke with Vicki and told her you wanted a yellow one, but how can we be sure that you didn't change your mind about the color after hanging up? Thus we shipped what was ordered. Yes Johns email was a little short, Mike and I have both scolded him Again, I apologize for any mix up in your order.

No problem. When I ordered I was talking to Vicky and made sure she had everything including the paypal payement before I hung up. She looked at the payment before I hung up. She said if I ordered fast she could ship that day.

Anyway I am more than happy with the plane I recieved. I just would have liked to have yellow.

This plane is one of the best arfs if not the best arf I have put together. The covering on this plane is flawless and all the pieces fit perfectly. I would reccomend one to anyone.

Just don't order from rude John Maybe John should go to anger management classes like Adam Sandler

Glad you are happy Sirex. Again, we receive many calls a day and best thing to do if you give Vicky specifics is to go ahead and place the order with a cc while on the phone. Otherwise we process the orders as they come in on Paypal. I think you will be very happy with the GMS 47 and Katana combo. ALso John is actually a nice guy as most would claim. But everyone has a bad day! We just need to go out and do more flying!
