I know I had ask in the pass about this combo and most replied it would not be enough power. Well I had a 26 with pipe and a 80" edge and I went ahead and put them together. Been flying it about a week now and seems like every time Im out flying it someone wants to know what it has for motor. Im new to this 3d flying so I dont know much about it myself but a number of the local 3ders seem to be fairly impressed about the compo. They say its about midway between an OS 160 with mufler and a OS 160 with pipe. I had planned on replacing it this winter with a EVO35 but the more I fly it I think Ill leave it alone. What a fun plane this OMP 80" edge is going to be. Thanks OMP

Well FlynJ1 will have to answer for his setup but should be close to stock length at 71". With the gasser, depending on how it was mounted could add a little length but not too much more.

I've only got 72" clearance, no more. So a finished fuse with engine and spinner has to fit. If the tail surfaces throw was such that I could gain a little might be the difference. Any specific gas that would be recommended with the 80" Edge?
