I have a friend in MO who recieved his Edge 540 ARF
damaged today, he ordered by phone. He's wondering
what the policy is on damaged shipments. The reason
I'm concerned is that he seen mine, and I told him where to
order one from. Thanks

Tell your friend to contact OMP. Pretty much standard policy as any company. Give John a call at the shop. If the damage is substantial then document it so we can do a UPS claim.

I'd like to update this thread. OMP acted quickly and sent out a replacement ARF & a
call tag for the damaged one, top notch service for sure!!

Cool, by the way I take the damaged models and usually fix them myself and use as backups. Or sometimes we'll use the parts to replace other damaged models.
