I am thinking about the GYM-E besides the duskstik. IT looks good and slow. I like the V tail look and steep turns. but my flying abilities is only flying a Tiger Moth with a few crashes. All i want to know is its flying charctristics and building difficulties and period of building it.Is flying slow steep turns too much for a begginner like me?

Both the Gym-E and the Duskstik are good beginner planes. I don't have the Gym-E, but I believe it is an easy build and has good flying manners. I'm not sure what you mean by slow steep turns.

The review at toddsmodels said that it is able to fly slow and is able to turn tight in slow speed. How much wind can it handle? Is it safe for begginners like me? Can it handle the "torture" of a beginner?

Either plane should be good for a beginner. I'm not sure about the Gym-E, but the Duskstik will take a lot of punnishment. If you want a very rugged plane, the Slow Stick is always a good bet.
As for wind. A good rule of thumb is not to fly a slow flyer in a breeze that does more than wiggle the leaves of a tree. Your first flight on any plane should be done in no wind.
