reinforce foam wings
The ultrafly cessna came with 2 wings... a thick airfoil beginner wing and a thiner advanced wing. The thick wing, the one Im using now, is pretty stiff sono worries there. But the thinner one seems so weak and flexible, I dont think it can handle much. Anybody have ideas for reinforcing this thing without adding too much weight cuz it's already 130g overweight...

RE: reinforce foam wings
How about fiberglass strapping tape, applied on the bottom of the wing, from tip to tip? Light and cheap. For a few dollars more, there's fiberglass cloth or carbon-fiber mat applied with water-based polyurethane like Minwax or similar. For maximum strength, use a router to cut a channel in the foam from tip to tip, and lay in a carbon-fiber tube with ProBond or other polyurethane glue.

RE: reinforce foam wings
I did as U@Steve suggested with my Aerobird Challenger wing, routered a slot in the wing and glued in a carbon rod, except I used epoxy glue. I tried it for the first time yesterday, and it works great, even in the tightest high-g turns.
