..................warning, i have been thinking!!!!!..........................
ok, first off thanx in advance!
1. well i actually taught myself to fly on my pz j3 cub that i painted up in ww2 british colors, so i was going to take off the jumper, does it make a huge difference?
2.is there a diffence in the j-2 and super decathlon? or is it jus coloring? i want to rebuild the plane now that i have gotten really good at flying it , i just need the parts so i am goin to use decathlon parts insted of yellow
3. i was thinking also about getting something a bit more fun and i was lookin at a split 280 or a striker. is the striker a good plane to move up on? how much more difficult is the striker than a j3?

i would definatly recommend changing the Jumper settings if you have your co-ordination skills sorted
all the Jumper is doing is electronically compensating the elevator in a turn,
if you have been flying a while i am sure you will be able so feed in a bit of Up during a turn,
question 2 i cant help you with unfortunatly [&o]
question 3 the Stryker is fast even in Stock form and you have to learn a whole new launching proceedure,
it is Great fun to fly, and as it has 2 elevon rates controlled by the Tx i would imagine you could fly it on low rates untill you are comfortable with it,
i always suggest trying it on FMS as they have a good F27 available and its Free

well i seriously have mastered this j3 in like 3 days....well to the point of obstical flying
we put up 2 pvc tubes with balloons and go to 100ish feet to dive down to 20 and pass through the gate go about 200 feet uo to clear the tree at the end of the driveway , bank hard right , go through the split in the apple orchard and under the phone lines and back to the gates at a 400 yard sprint, i really pissed off my buddy when i outran his wattage cap362 or somthing like that 2 out of 3 times, but he is just learning and he cant bank at low altitude due to fear of crashing, he uses a cobalt 400 on 11.1 lipo, but still, yay for me

in learn mode the Up that is added electronically is very small depending on the level of rudder input,
if you have another J3 as a comparison and you Know for sure you have been flying in Expert mode i would suggest you buy a Stryker and Enjoy..

I have the J-3 and found that when i removed the jumper the airplane flew much more predictably,, With the jumper installed it would give more elevator when turning in one direction than the other,, which cut down on the predictability,,
It's a great airplane, it's teaching me to fly, and loads of FUN !!
Enjoy !!
