Some of you know already im interested in the sportster from great planes after nailing my trainer fro the man, J3FAN. Anyway, as a second plane, i thought a good choice would be the Goldberg Tiger 400 Park Flyer ARF 39"
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHCE8&P=0
As i progress, and since these planes are considerably cheap, after you get the gear for them, i can get the Goldberg Shock 3D Park Flyer
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHWS3&P=0
or the nice classic, Great Planes ElectriFly Piper Cub
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHAE3&P=0
I have to get into electrics so i can fly as much as possible without maintining the engines. I thought the tiger is great as a second flyer, and from there the other two. By the way, which plane manufacturer would you recommend more, Great PLanes or Goldberg? I have the GP Spirit GLider, and the quality was pretty good, ecept the immense load of wrinkles, but thats repairable.

Sig Kadet EP42 is a good bet, especially if you throw away the motor that comes with it (wimpy) and put some muscle instead like the AMega 400 brushless 7 turn!
I love mine , and it ROG's from grass effortlessly and is aerobatic enough to be a good 2nd plane, but not difficult to fly.

I think a glider would make a great second plane, but since we are looking at electrics, take a look at these:
MORE ADVANCED PLANES
After you master a starter plane, you can move on to one of these more
aerobatic and 3D flying electrics. Here are a few planes that would be lots
of fun and would represent a real challenge. Most have videos associated with
their links.

You know what would be fun? Everyday i can fly a GP Yardstick with an upgraded engine as its a slow flyer. Butthe issu with the two planes, Tiger EP from Goldberg and the SPortster from GP is still undecided. The SPOrsters have better value pack.
