I am looking for a beginner park flyer that is RTF and (preferably) has ailerons...anyone have suggestions?

I'd say go with a Sky Scooter Pro2

it will run you around $150 and comes with everything.

i have never flown the space scooter but the Sky Scooter was Brill for me,
if flew slow enough for me to keep control of it and it was a good stepping stone for faster things,
also you can buy a space scooter wing that fits onto the Sky Scooter and with a few mod's you have hopped it up as your skill builds
