Default Flaperons for GWS Planes and Brushless Motors

Hi,

I have 2 GWS warbirds and I am considering using Flaperon feature on my radio, however, most of the threads that I have read is, it would be better to use a separate channel of the flaps. I am wondering if someone have experience using Flaperons and what will be the advantages and disadvantages of this when it is used to GWS Warbirds.

I am also considering getting brushless power plants for the same planes. I have explored from a lot of website concerning these type, specs and price of these motors. I am flying based on certain budget and as much as possible, I don't want to break my piggy bank or get favorable bang from my wallet. I would like to obtain some inputs from you my friends, as to what is the best and budget wise brushless motor that can perform some light airbatics on these planes and also be a direct fit to a GWS 400C gear box.

Thanks and I will appreciate all your help, advices and inputs.

Have a great day !
