CG Tiger 400 EP Brushless motor
I will appreciate very much some help to select a good brushless motor for my Carl Goldberg Tiger 400 Electric Powered. I would like a motor that can give good power to the plane.
Thanks,

RE: CG Tiger 400 EP Brushless motor
If you want to go brushless there are many motors to choice from.
Innrunners: E-flite 3700 or 4200 with a gear box. Himax 2025-3200 or 2025-4200 with a gear box.
Outrunners: E-flite 450 or 480. Himax 2812-1080 or 2816-1220. Hacker A30-22s.
Your airplane should come in around 22-26 oz. All the motor listed above will work well. I've seen the Tiger fly with both of the Himax outrunners. It flew great. The Himax 2816-1220 will give it vertical performance beyond believe.
