Default Motor suggestion for Mountain Models Magpie

I've burned out my third GWS EPS350C motor this year on my Magpie, so it's time to go brushless. I use 8 cell CBP1150 NiMH batteries and my plane weighs about 21 oz with my battery pack and the current GWS motor/gearbox. I go WOT fairly often doing basic aerobatics (thus the burned out brushed motors...).

Now my question: what brushless setup would you recommend for this? Would something like the BP21 from Balsa Products (around $20) be sufficient? Or should I go with something like the AXI 2212/26? Or would something else be better? I would like to go direct drive outrunner and I'd like to find something for under $50. I also want to stay with the batteries I have for now.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Andy
