Default Multiplex Twinstar brushless conversion using Permax

I would like to convert my multiplex twinstar to be brushless. I would like to use the Multiplex Permax BL400 motors and Castle Creation speed controllers. The speed controllers are easy, I would probably opt for the "Phoenix-35 Brushless Motor Control". I am more confused when it comes to the motors. In the BL400 range they have a 4 turn, a 6 turn and an 8 turn. Which would be more suited to the twinstar. I will be using 3 cell LiPo packs.
