Default RC Expo's In Virginia??

Are there any RC Expo's that come to Northern Virginia or Virginia Beach? I always see clips on rc websites of rc expo's in other states, and they look like so much fun. Right now I can't travel to those Rc expo's I see advertised in other states, but will try in the near future. It would be nice to know of one that maybe happens in Virginia.

Yeah what's up with that? We should find a way to get a really nice RC Expo here in Virginia. All the big nice Expo Centers we have here.

It all boils down to money and I guarantee you, it is very expensive here. That is why they are always held somewhat in the middle of nowhere

Yeah you are probably right, But Even if it was in the middle of nowhere Virginia I would go. It just you see all those places like Upstate NY, Ohio, Indiana, California and other places and it's like wow I'm missing out on the fun. [&o]

Yes, Somewhere way out in VA would work. We are definitely missing out.
I can't afford to make the trips either. That's my vacation money.

ha ha ha, funny. Every time I see an ad for some RC expo, I know it is going to be someplace that is just too far, "Yep, CA again"...
At the Dulles Expo Center the train shows seem to do well, not sure why an RC expo would not...

JFranco,

Yeah I agree. I dont understand that either. The train show does well at Dulles Expo Center and even the Fredericksburg Expo Center. I mean with all the RC Clubs around here in Virginia. There are like four Flying Clubs right around where I live.
