Hans, I wish I had a solution for you. This is my second Dualsky F3A motor and both have always run flawlessly. I am using the OS controller on both with the settings of 20 degrees timing, 14 poles and less then 20% brake. I did however discover that good fitting high ampere motor connectors are a must.
