I am about ready to finish-up a Taco II FunFly and need some help with the tail skid. I seem to have lost the wire for the skid, what diameter was it? I would rather have a tail wheel over a skid, can someone suggest a tail wheel that works well.

Also I am just blind, I am having trouble find a template on the plan to bend the tail skid.

I used a tail wheel on my first taco and a skid for the FF Taco. Both where made out of 1/16" music wire.... If you take off from pavment, then I would go with the smallest tail wheel you can find... Otherwise, the skid works fine...
