Just a note to throw a wrench in the works, but..
Unstable has set up a ProBro chat room at RCGroups.
It would be the exact same place as the chat has been every Tuesday night, but #probro instead of #air-fuel.
I don't know how this will affect the marginal chatters, I can open both rooms and see how it goes.

So is this at RCGROUPS? How would we get on there? I just tried the old method and didn't see the Pro Bro listed. This would make sense to do since a lot guys come in there and don't know there is even a Pro Bro Chat going on. All that to say....how about a link?

No, it's on IRC. RCGroups just has a Java application so people who don't have a dedicated IRC program such as MIRC can chat.
RCGroups would have to update their chat room listing for the guys who join thru the Java client at RCGroups. If you join via MIRC you just substitute #probro for #air-fuel.
That's what I meant by "marginal chatters". Guys who chat usually have MIRC or a similar program that offers much more flexibility. Guys who just want to do the ProBro thing on Tuesdays would probably join thru the RCGroups website, and they wouldn't ever see the #probro room.

I am really confused now ! I never chat anywhere except with you guys. I will just lock on to the normal chat room we always use each Tuesday. If somebody is there fine, if not .... oh well. It's my sons B-day tonight anyway, so I might show up a little later then normal. Cya there.

The air-fuel room will still be there. It's not a great conspiracy to move the chat, just another option for those who are able to use it. That's the great thing about MIRC..I can be in several chat rooms at once.
I think Unstable thought it would be a nice gesture to give the ProBros their very own chat room.
Judging by the response, I would say he was mistaken.
No matter, like I said, most of the guys will have no idea the ProBro room even exists, so for them nothing will change or be any different.

Don't get me wrong. I appreciate it. In fact next week in the RCG chat entry page #probro will be an option to choose. So we will use it starting next week. I think it's a great idea. At least people will know why a bunch of 3D freaks are all in one room typing manically about which prop is really best.

You have to join any room...general BS room will work. Then the drop down menu appears over the top of the chat window..You were in the air-fuel room, I just missed you before you left.
Go to Home Page..
Click on "Live Chat"
At the top of the page it will say "Chat now using our Java-based chat client!"
Click on that.
It will prompt you to download the JPilot software..do that.
You will be in the "General Discussion" Room.
Right above the Chat Window is a drop down box "Change Chat Room" with arrow beside it. Click the arrow.
The bottom most choice is "Profile Brotherhood". Click that.
You are there!
But everybody else is gone now...

HHhmmm... I get Profile Brotherhood right under cars... You might have to clean your cache out, you might be loading an older version of the page before they added the Profile Brotherhood room.
