Fuel tank mount?
Hey all...
I have seen some profile planes with the fuel tank mounted with rubber bands (never paid enough attention). Can someone explain how that is done? I'm thinking it might help w/ my air bubble situation.
Thanks.

RE: Fuel tank mount?
pick up some hooks and screw them into the side of the fuse (something like the hooks used to hang pots but smaller ones) make them like a triangle or square and use the rudder bands on the hooks and wedge your tank in there.....

RE: Fuel tank mount?
Thanks for the info.
Paul, do you have a picture of the other side of your plane? I'm interested in the path of your fuel lines as well.
Thanks again.

RE: Fuel tank mount?
I don't have a pic... but I cut little channels out on the foam and ran them under the tank and behind the engine... I was able to make them shorter that way... I can take a pic next time I get a chance...
