Here are a few pics today of flying with Tom (smallfly). Beleive it or not he has been flying the yellow omp edge for a couple of months now and hadn't violated the tail yet! But I took care of that for him! Thanks for letting me fly Tom, and for the pics. The red one is mine! Just thought you guys might like to see this! By the way Tom is capable fo doing it himself, but I think he gets a little anxious near the ground!

Right after I got through flying I asked him when the big boy would be out? He responded that as soon as he saw me do it with one of my big planes, he wouldn't be so reluctant.
Call me a kid all you want. Your always going to be older than me!
You'll prolly die first as well! You also have been flying longer than I have so I have a few more years to catch up!
couple more.

If ever there was testimony to how much better you can get quickly flying the snot out of a sim bryan would be it.
He has come a long way in the last few months. Heck I even got a few torque rolls out of his omp but of course you dont see any pics of that do you

Well, sim practice and a strict diet regimine, suggested by Jeff Williams of 3D pancakes for breakfast! And having a hanger full of planes ready to fly helps too!

Now I'm no Julia, Emerill or Wolfgang, but isn't that a hell of a lot of oil/butter to use on a non stick griddle for just a couple of pancakes? Don't worry Capthis, that teflon is a fine Dupont product and I assure you that you could probably go oiless and they will flip over with ease! Plus think of all the calories you'd be saving.
I have one of those electric griddles, man they are the shyaat for making scrapple and eggs on a Sunday morning. Clean up is a sinch too! Well at least the amount of oil I use.

Dang man, I even get critiqued on my cooking skills???? Its only the second time I have used that griddle. Now that I think about it I think I got it from kohls using a gift card a certain someone who started the whole 3-d pancakes thing got me for our wedding. Ironic maybe?
And yes I did have too much oil. oh well it just runs off anyway!

Those pancakes are too heavy, I will need to lighten them first
And dont you mean that's only the second time your wife has used the griddle
and remember, somebody has to take the pics, just call me bryans support staff

I learned on Martha Stewart that if you want to reduce your egg use by 1/2 use 1/2 tsp of baking powder. So if it calls for 4 eggs use 2 eggs and 1 tsp of baking powder. Those suckers will prolly lose 25% of their weight per pancake. Plus save you at least 200 calories.
I'll keep doing some more reasearch on how we can get the ppw (per pancake weight) down to bare minimum. Of course you still want to have that "i'm stuffed" effect at the same time.
