I have to say......I was one of the first ones on here dogging the wood in the Sledge kit. Sure enough it had some cabin building material in it. I used some of it and trashed the other. I have never actually weighed mine but I'll tell you what...........I LOVE IT!!!! And I'll tell you whats even better......The Webra 50 I have on the nose. Its just getting broke in good and I'm fixin to put a MCP on it.......It will be sho nuff awesome then...........................John

I did the same, used some of the lumber and used LHS balsa for a few things. But even with the lumber it came in at 4lb 4oz with standard servos except throttle and a Saito 72. So I'm happy with the wieght and I know it will be strong

My sledge came out at 4# 5 ozs. this is with a TT 46 pro and all standard servos (ext throttle) and a 4 cell jr 600. the plane now has a saito 72. it flies unreal. I don't believe I need a 5 cell pack as it hovers almost effortless.
