I need a new profile...that is an ARF due to things like school. I currently have a CG Extreme 330 and I have never crashed it, but I flew it about 5 times after school everyday since september, so it just cracked up from hardcore 3D. I mean atleast 300 flights or more. I looked at a SPA3D and its $50.00 as an ARF. I really want a balsa plane though. Any suggestions would be very mcuh appreciated.

Thanks to all that reply. Have a good one

Dan

Um, choices are not that difficult if you are limited to ARF:

Morris: Top Cap, Sudakhoi, Knife
Extreme Flight: Profile Edge
Goldberg: Extreme Edge 540

If you want durable one, Goldberg Extreme 540 should last just as long as your Extreme 330, if not longer, due to its sheeted control surfaces. Extreme Flight Edge "appears" to be built light, so it should be the best performer.

So how did you hear the extreme flight edge is crap when it hasnt even hit the shores yet?
After all of chris's manufacturing problems I doubt very seriously he would bring in a sub par airplane for his second venture.
Sounds like you should be looking at the used market if you cant swing 150 bucks

Tom,

Dan was referring to the Goldberg Extreme Edge profile.
Not Chris's design.
