heres that rock and my Viper.. i was flying the Girlfriends Mamba around this yesterday, the gap to the rock you sit on is actully about 2m, but you say that when you sit on it and flick it into a turn that close. i did hit it once, she didnt notice ( sorry Sophie lol )

Click on the link to see 2 video's of sky bowling. The first one is with a Diamond Dust, you can barely see it because it was almost dark and it was going pretty fast.
The second video was with a Senior Telemaster.
We use 2 16 ounce plastic cups taped together at the mouth. I put some rocks in them keep the wind from blowing them over.
We plan on incorporating sky bowling in our October night flying. That should be interesting.
This was a lot of fun but definitely not a windy day fun fly activity.

I love it!
I once read a story in a full scale mag years ago about a bunch of guy's at this field out in the boonies that had a junked car parked off the end ot the runway and would drop bowling balls on it from their planes. They were flying Cessna 140's, Cub's and Taylercraft.

My dad went to a Fly in one time when he first learned to fly they dropped little sacks of flour on an out house. They also had a to state the landing distances and take off distance then go do it. He was closest on the landing distance.
