Default Jerrys Big Boy

I recently bought a Jerrys Big Boy at an auction that is really in great shape but I think it has been modified from the origional kit. It has flaps and aelironswhich are about 1 1/4" wide. I was planning to put a Magnum 91 fourstroke on it . Should I change the aelirons and do away with the flaps? Where Should the c/g be on this model. It has an 80 inch wing span. Are large servos necessary on htis model? It has a cable system installed.
Thanks Flybye***Fresno Radio Modelers*** Fresno,Ca.

The tail and wings look much like my Jerries Big Boy but the fuse has been heavily modified. It looks great! I would post my pics but I am almost ashamed to say I dont know how... is there a way to just download them or do I have to put them on a photo site??? If you are into another airplane very similar but more modernized. check out the "Spoiler" also by Jerry Smith on http://www.eastrc.org/shop.cgi/page=...196479581.5504 it is only in ARF it seems but after building a Big Boy myself, I wouldnt mind going ARF for one of these!!

Reduce the pics you want to show to 800 x 600 max with your photo editing program.

In any reply method other than fast reply, you click on upload images in the bottom left of the message box.

You'll see them as the attachments below your post when you post it. Took me a bit to figure it out, too.

Thanks Revymax!!!!! I will attempt to put up a pic of my Big Boy here for you guys. It has an OS 1.20 Surpass and will sort of hover but not with authority. It is really a kick to fly though! I went with full span ailerons and I mix them with elevator for crazy loops and can dial flaps if I want but not really needed on this floater.

The updated Jerry's big boy is now called the spoiler. Not sure where they can be found anymore, but has some nice mods from the big boy. Also, I think Morris Hobbies is closed, not sure on that maybe someone on here can confirm???

Here is where an ARF spoiler can be purchased, I LOVE it!!! I can see one in my future as I remember building the Big Boy wing was a job. I think you are right about Morris Hobbies being closed, shame really for whatever reason as they were a great place to get kits from. Here is the site for the Spoiler http://www.eastrc.org/shop.cgi/page=...196479581.5504
