Any news on when the Yak will be in stock. I think I want to try one of these.

The CADs are almost finished on the new planes and we'll have protos soon. We are shooting for November.

Same as always..
You know I would not gripe if I did not like flying the Extra Stiffy.
I have two nitro's that have not been in the air in a year. Could not care less if I was waiting on a part for them.
Its a compliment in an odd way.
I am hoping for Saturday now. Local club has an elctric fly in Sunday and nobody has a Stiffy. Build while watching Auburn beat LSU.
The stiffy is about an hour away from being in the air once the fuse arrives....and that is using epoxy.

The Extra Stiffy fuse did indeed; just now; arrive today...Saturday 9/16 1:20PM.
In time for 3:30 kick off.
Sorry I stole the thread for a bit, but it worked.
Thank you
William and Copperhead gang. good luck!
My opinion now betwen the Extra Stiffy and th AirfloilZ is there is no comparison except they both have an airfoil.
The Z is cheap..now...nearly everywhere the the manual shows lite ply is now plastic. It used to use pinned hinges, now plastic things.
Just cheap and dainty. No where near the quality and design of the Stiffy....just my opinion
I put the Z aside today and built the Extra Stiffy and it is ready for fun flying with my friends tomorrow.

RE Venom 45CC GAS Engine
OK, the order lines are open!
Sorry for the delays, but I wanted to release a product that would satisfy. The new mufflers are great and we have started and set the needles on EVERY Venom 45 that will be sold.
Best results have been with a 20X10 XOAR (consistently in the 7800RPM range) Tim has spun it close to 9K with a Zinger. It'll pull a much larger prop without hesitation, albeit at less RPM.
I hope you guys enjoy the motors.
